Orders are dispatched in 3-5* business days and are sent via Royal Mail. *Note: for handmade items dispatch time is longer and clarified in the item description.

All orders are regarded as final. However, if you have a problem please get in touch as soon as possible.

Do not accept damaged items. Contact hello@shrusbyart.co.uk right away and try to take photos of any damage to your package.

• Cardboard backed envelopes - made from recyclable materials. Please reuse or recycle.
• Padded bubble mailers - made from cornstarch and paper. They are compostable - please reuse, or compost.
• Transparent envelopes - made from compostable PLA (vegetable starch) - please reuse, or compost.
