My illustrations focus on pieces of nature, from mushrooms to blooms and local animals. I love painting with teeny tiny brushes and bringing to light small details.

For me, painting is a way to slow down and really notice the world around me - most of which is right on our doorsteps. Particularly in the UK where nature coverage is increasingly fragmented, real life studies of local wildlife helps me maintain my closeness to nature, and hopefully invite others to care for and consider their own relationship with the environment.

Outside of painting, I enjoy paddle boarding, reading, and foraging. I’m vegan and am always learning more about nature, cooking, and my personal impact on the world around me.

In my day job, I am a graphic designer and love when I can blend these skills. I’m very keen to get more involved in the local art community around Warwickshire, particularly with workshops, markets, and events.
