This has led to me leading, co-leading, and curating workshops for NCT Parents in Mind charity, under the mentorship of Libby Esler, creator of ArtLab, which is a team that offers creative art classes and workshops for children and adults in Leamington Spa.

Our workshops have focused on mindful practices that are accessible, fun, and allow members to explore creatively.

My favourite workshop I crafted has been the watercolour workshop based on my practice. I taught watercolour techniques and we then used these skills to create colours and textures which could be collaged into nature pieces. My piece focused on tulips and bluebells.
